(1) : Title of Practice : Question Bank scheme

Objective: To help the students to score good marks in the university examination and help the slow learners to appear examination with confidence and score passing marks.

Context: Since the students come from vernacular medium and from financially weak background it becomes difficult for them to buy the distinguish books and face the university examination

Practice: Question Bank in all subject is framed as per the need of the MU students. It accommodate 25- 30 questions unit wise at student’s fingertips which are extracted from distinguish reference books. in it all the questions from a chapter are placed together at one place. This gives a student thoroughgoing practice and preparation not only of the important questions but also the understanding of type of questions asked in MU. and also provide confidence and break the fear of exams question bank is prepared

Evidence of Success: The success of this initiative can be gauged from the increasing number of passing students every year.

Problem Encounter: As syllabus is very vast , it only provide few important question not the full overview of chapters.

(2) : Title of Practice : Continuous Assessment by way of Tests, Practical and Tutorials

Objective: To ensure good academic performance as well as good human being

Context: The Institute aim of producing good students with technical excellence, economical and social responsibilities is fulfilled by enhancing and imparting technical, social responsibilities in more and more number of students with this effort of practice.

Practice: By continuous assessment Students are scaled and weaker students are called for remedial lectures.

Evidence of Success: Can be assessed by their performance which increases with this practice.

(3) : Title of Practice : Budding scheme for New Faculty

Objective: To provide support, advice, friendship, reinforcement and constructive role-modeling over time.

Context: The new joining does not know the working style of institution. So make them comfortable and to provide some idea of working and functioning of institution.

Practice: A presentation and orientation sessions were organized by ex members of distinguish committees with full explanation of duties and role of committee. On time to time assign buddy help them to sort out the problems and doubts facing by them.

Evidence of Success: The success of this initiative can be gauged from the increasing number of years of working with the institution every year.
